The Assistant is designed to help clinicians by providing quick, intelligent responses to questions related to patient care, coding, billing, and more—right from within the patient’s profile. Whether you’re looking for a summary of recent sessions, coding suggestions, or help generating homework for your patient’s next appointment, the Assistant is here to streamline your workflow.
What Is the Assistant?
The Assistant is a clinician-focused tool that:
Has patient context based on previous session notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Provides natural language responses to questions about patient progress, ICD/CPT codes, or general administrative queries.
Is currently available in both the web and mobile app, so you can access it wherever you work.
Will continue to evolve, with new capabilities and improvements over time.
Where to Find the Assistant
Patients Tab: Choose a patient, and you will see the Assistant appear under that patient’s profile.
Ask Your Question: You can type or speak your question in natural language. The Assistant will then generate an answer based on the patient’s history and any other relevant data.
Suggested Questions: You’ll also see suggested questions such as:
“Summarize patient progress in last several sessions”
“Is the patient progressing on their treatment plan?”
“What ICD codes might apply here?”
“What CPT code can I use for billing?”
“What is the patient struggling with most?”
“Generate homework based on last session”
Feel free to explore these suggestions, or simply ask the Assistant anything related to your patient’s care or your own administrative tasks.
