How to create a report
Go to the Patients page and select the client you want to generate a report.
Open the Reports tab.
Click New Report.
4. Choose a date range to include (for example, April 1–June 30).
5. A report will be generated showing all notes created during that selected period.
About the report
The report compiles each note from that timeframe into one organized document.
It’s formatted for easy sharing, reviewing progress, or maintaining records.
Tip
You can create as many reports as needed for different periods — for example, quarterly, monthly, or yearly summaries.
