Overview
Telehealth recording allows you to record virtual sessions using any headset.
This feature is only supported in Chrome browsers on Mac or Windows.
How to record
Open your telehealth session in a different tab in the same browser.
In the Modality dropdown. Select Virtual.
Choose Using Headphones. If this does not appear, either your browser is not supported or the feature has not been rolled out to your account yet.
Press Start Conversation.
In the pop-up that appears, choose the tab in which the telehealth session is.
Press Share.
Choosing the correct options in the share screen popup:
Choose Chrome Tab. Choosing Window will not work as it will not allow Twofold to access audio from the virtual session.
Choose the tab in which the session is happening. The tab needs to be open before pressing Capture Conversation.
Make sure Also share tab audio is enabled.
Press Share. The recording will start right after that.
Limitations
The Telehealth headset recorder is able to record virtual sessions running in another tab in the same browser. It is enabled in Chrome on a PC or a Mac.
