Updated over a week ago

Overview

Telehealth recording allows you to record virtual sessions using any headset.

This feature is only supported in Chrome browsers on Mac or Windows.

How to record

  1. Open your telehealth session in a different Chrome tab or in a separate application (like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

  2. In the Modality dropdown. Select Virtual.

  3. Choose Using Headphones. If this does not appear, either your browser is not supported or the feature has not been rolled out to your account yet.

  4. Press Start Conversation.

  5. In the pop-up that appears, choose the appropriate option:

    • Chrome Tab if your session is in another browser tab

    • Window if your session is in a separate application

  6. Press Share.

Choosing the correct options in the share screen popup:

For Chrome Tab recordings:

  1. Select the Chrome Tab option at the top

  2. Choose the specific tab where your telehealth session is running

  3. Enable Also share tab audio (toggle should be turned on)

  4. Press Share

For Window recordings (external applications):

  1. Select the Window option at the top

  2. Choose the application window where your telehealth session is running (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)

  3. Enable Also share system audio (toggle should be turned on)

  4. Press Share

The recording will start immediately after you press Share.

Limitations
