Chrome (Desktop)
Press the site settings button on the left side of the address bar (See image below).
Make sure Microphone permissions are turned on. (See image below)
If you are experiencing issues with the microphone, press "Reset permissions", restart the browser and click capture conversation. A pop up will appear requesting for microphone permissions.
Safari (Desktop)
Make sure to navigate to the Twofold app.
Right click the navigation bar (the place where you insert the URL)
Select "Settings for app.trytwofold.com"
Make sure "Microphone" is set to "Allow"
Edge (Desktop)
Open Edge settings.
Navigate to Cookies and Site Permissions > Microphone.
Allow microphone access for Twofold's website.
