Learn how to efficiently navigate the Twofold Health dashboard to streamline your workflow.

Dashboard Overview

The Twofold Health dashboard is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, allowing you to manage your patient sessions and notes with ease. Here’s a breakdown of the main components you’ll find on the dashboard:


Sidebar Navigation

The main sidebar allows you to quickly switch between four key pages:

  • Capture Conversation: Start new recordings and manage session settings.

  • Clients: View and manage your patient list.

  • Notes: Access and review all your session notes.

  • Settings: Update your profile, manage subscription plans, and adjust other settings.


Start a Visit Button

Located at the top left of the screen, the 'Start a Visit' button allows you to initiate a new session quickly from every screen on the app. Click this button to begin recording a new patient consultation.


Notes List

Below the 'Start a Visit' button, you’ll find the Notes List. This section displays all your recent notes, including the patient’s name, session title, and the date and time it was recorded.

  • Search Bar: At the top of the session list, there’s a search bar where you can search for sessions by title or patient name, making it easy to locate specific sessions quickly.

  • Unread Indicator: Sessions with unread notes are marked with a blue dot, helping you keep track of which sessions still need your attention.


Capture Conversation Section

On the main section of the dashboard, you’ll see the 'Capture Conversation' Button. This is where you set up and start recording a new session:

  • Template Dropdown: Choose the appropriate template for your session from the dropdown menu. See available templates here.

  • Microphone Selection: If you have multiple microphones available, you’ll see a dropdown to select the microphone you want to use for recording. The default option will be your built-in microphone.

  • Capture Conversation Button: Click the blue 'Capture Conversation' button to start recording the session. This button is central to beginning your note-taking process.


Clients Consent

Below the 'Capture Conversation' button, you’ll find a link labeled 'How to tell my patients about Twofold?'. This link offers essential resources to help you clearly explain Twofold Health to your patients, fostering transparency and trust. It also provides access to a consent form template, available in both PDF and DOCX formats, to assist with patient consent.


User Profile and Settings

In the upper right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find your user initials. Clicking on this will open a dropdown menu where you can access your profile settings, note settings, subscription plans, or log out.


Support Chat

In the bottom right corner of the screen, you’ll see a small chat icon. Clicking this will open a chat window where you can contact Twofold Health’s support team if you need assistance.

Understanding how to navigate the Twofold Health dashboard effectively can help you manage your sessions more efficiently, ensuring that your documentation process is as smooth as possible.
