Fields in Personal Info
First name and Last name
Your name as it appears in your account. These fields are populated when you sign up and can be updated at any time.
Specialty
Your clinical specialty (for example, Mental Health Counseling, Family Medicine, Physical Therapy). Twofold uses your specialty to tailor how notes are generated to fit your field.
If your specialty is not listed in the dropdown, contact support and we can add it for you.
Title
Your professional title or credentials (for example, LCSW, PhD, MD). This field is optional.
Updating your information
To update any field:
Go to Settings → Personal Info
Edit the field you want to change
Click Save
Changes apply immediately across your account.
