Using Twofold for Telehealth or Phone Calls

Guidelines for capturing conversations effectively during Telehealth sessions and phone calls with Twofold

Twofold is designed to work seamlessly for both Telehealth sessions and phone calls, enabling you to capture conversations effectively.


Twofold can be used for telehealth visits in two ways:

  1. Keep Twofold open in a window on the same computer you are using for telehealth.

  2. Keep Twofold open on your phone (using the Twofold App) next to the computer you are using for telehealth.

For Telehealth Sessions

  • Open Twofold in a separate tab in your browser.

  • Click the ‘Capture Conversation’ button when the session begins.

  • Ensure the conversation is on speaker mode to capture both sides effectively. Headphones are not supported, as the app needs to hear all participants clearly.

For Phone Calls

  • Use Twofold while your phone is on speaker mode, ensuring the system can capture both your voice and the client’s.

  • Its recommended to download our mobile app when using Twofold on your phone. Search for Twofold Health on your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
