The Clients Management page enables you to efficiently handle all aspects of client data. You can easily view, search, and perform various actions on your client list.

Client Portal

When you click on a client, you will be taken to the client portal, where you can access all of the client's information, notes, and view a summary of their last visit. This gives you valuable context for preparing for the next session.

The client portal contains the following tabs:

  • Patient Phone Number — Store the client's phone number.

  • Patient Email — Store the client's email address.

  • Date of Birth — Add the client's date of birth. You can select from the calendar or type the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

  • Last Note Summary — Automatically displays a summary of the client's most recent note, giving you quick context before your next session.

Additional Tabs

  • Assistant — AI assistant for the client.

  • Patient Notes — View and manage all notes for this client.

  • Patient Context — Add background information and context that the AI will reference when generating notes.

  • Treatment Plan — View and manage the client's treatment plan.

Yes. In the Patients tab (open here), click the three-dot menu and select Upload Patient CSV to import a list of new patients.
The CSV upload currently supports patient names only — one name per row in a single column. Other fields like gender, phone number, email, and date of birth are not imported via CSV at this time. You can add those details manually in each patient's profile after importing.
